I am finally feeling better! I am almost cough free after being sick for 4 weeks :( . Today I'm going back to work and I really look forward to it. Haven't been there for a long time.

At one of my scrapbook forums we had an advents calendar swap. I wanted one part to be hand made by me so I created these coffee filter albums.
I am very sad to say I didn't have a great christmas nor a great 30th birthday. I have had the flue now for over a week and was way too tired to celebrate anything. I guess I have to make up to it later when I am feeling better. I didn't even take that many photos this year but here's a few.
I took some photos of the gingerbreads that Tommie, my sister and my mother baked.
My mother had made me this painting for my birthday. I think she made a wonderful job and I am very proud of her! I'm going to find a special place for this painting.
I haven't done any layouts for a while, I've been more into altering items but the other day when I got my scrapmuse kit I had such a good idea for a layout. This photo is taken by Tommie a few years ago when he was in Paris with his classmates.
In Germany we celebrate Nicolaus today. On the night of December 5 to 6th you are supposed to clean your boots and put them outside your door and in the morning they will have been filled by the Nicolaus with gifts. We did a Nicolaus swap at my scrapbook forum and this is what I got from my secret Nicolaus partner.
